We belong to the South Carolina Staffing Association, a non-profit trade association formerly known as the South Carolina Association of Personnel & Staffing (SCAPS). The South Carolina Staffing Association represents staffing and employment agencies in the state of South Carolina. A collective voice for the staffing industry, SCSA communicates industry matters to state legislators, association members, the media, and the general public. SCSA diligently works to promote the interests of the staffing industry and its vital role in the South Carolina economy.

American Staffing Association

We are also a member of the American Staffing Association (ASA), a national organization that promotes the interests of the U.S. staffing industry. This affiliation provides us supplementary resources and education, and ensures adherence to an established code of ethics, employment regulations, and more. All of our talent acquisition team members have either completed the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation issued by the ASA, or are in the process of doing so.

Central South Carolina Alliance

Central South Carolina Alliance is a not-for-profit public/private partnership which engages in the recruitment of capital investment in the Central South Carolina region. Recruiting Solutions regularly attends events and meetings to stay an active and informed participant in the growth of our community.

Florence County Progress, Inc.

Florence County Progress, Inc., is the private sector arm of the Florence County (SC) Economic Development Partnership.  Their mission is to promote, implement and support activities designed to improve the economic development of Florence County and to maintain a quality climate for business and industry.

Greenville Area Development Corporation (GADC)

The Greenville Area Development Corporation is dedicated to the growth and prosperity of Greenville County, SC. Since its founding by the Greenville County Council in 2001, GADC efforts have resulted in the creation of nearly 10,000 new jobs and more than $2 billion in capital investment in Greenville County.

Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce

The Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce is a private, non-profit, membership-driven organization that comprises more than 1,500 business enterprises, civic organizations, educational institutions, and individuals in Calhoun, Fairfield, Kershaw, Lexington, Newberry, and Richland counties.

Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce

The Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce serves as the link between business and community in the heart of the Pee Dee region.  Its mission is to promote and enhance a favorable business climate and improve the quality of life to make Florence the best community in which to live and operate a business.

Greenville Chamber of Commerce

The Greenville Chamber of Commerce is a collaboration of businesses, organizations, and individuals working together to better business conditions in Upstate, South Carolina.

Here at Recruiting Solutions, we hold annual fundraising drives in both our Greenville and Columbia markets and promote 100% participation within our internal team.

Midlands Education & Business Alliance

The primary focus of the Midlands Education & Business Alliance is to build connections in the community that will expose students and parents to a broad variety of careers and inform them of the requirements for pursuing those career options. Recruiting Solutions supports MEBA’s efforts and participates and hosts numerous events to support their vision.

The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)

The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), founded in 1997, is the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned, controlled, and operated by women in the United States. WBENC, a national 501(c)(3) non-profit, partners with 14 Regional Partner Organizations to provide its national standard of certification to women-owned businesses throughout the country. WBENC is also the nation’s leading advocate of women-owned businesses as suppliers to America’s corporations.
