Company News

Celebrating Recruiting Solutions’ Employees of the Year

In honor of National Staffing Employee Week 2017, Recruiting Solutions recognized three employees who have exemplified an excellent work ethic and who embodied the key messages of the American Staffing Association, including the ability to transition to permanent employment with a company.

We are proud to share their success stories with you.

Florence Staffing Employee of the Year

Antonio Chandler was recognized as our Florence office’s National Staffing Employee of the Year! Antonio is a machine operator who works for a manufacturing company in Manning, SC.  When he was on the job market, Antonio chose to find employment through Recruiting Solutions so that he could be quickly connected with new job opportunities and support his family. His biggest motivation is his children, who always want to hear about their dad’s job.

Congratulations, Antonio!

Columbia Staffing Employee of the Year

Conrad Linder was selected as our Columbia office’s National Staffing Employee of the Year.  Conrad is an analyst who works for an energy management company in Columbia, SC.  He says, “I am incredibly grateful for my experience with Recruiting Solutions. It has been a seamless experience that has helped to drive my transition from the service industry to a career with a global company that offers countless opportunities. I would highly recommend working with Recruiting Solutions to anyone who is trying to find the right career path for themselves!”

Congratulations, Conrad!

Greenville Staffing Employee of the Year

Bryan Preuter was recognized as our Greenville office’s Staffing Employee of the Year. Bryan works in Collections for a Fortune 500 IT services company in Greenville, SC.

When asked about his staffing story, Bryan shared, “I wanted to get my foot in the door with a certain terrific Fortune 500 company. I applied online and about a month later, I got a response. They required a video interview.  A question popped up on my computer screen, and I had about two minutes to record an answer. You get one chance, and it didn’t go very well, in my case. Needless to say, I never heard back from them.

A few weeks later, I saw the same position posted with Recruiting Solutions. I applied and got a call back from Kristie the same day. I interviewed with her the next day and was scheduled for an in-person interview with the company later that week. Two days later, I had the job. I completed my temporary assignment, and I’m now a full-time employee thanks to Kristie and Recruiting Solutions. I wouldn’t be here without their help. Thank you so much!”

Congratulations, Bryan!
