Recruiting Solutions is seeking 1st and 2nd shift Production Associates for a growing manufacturing company in Easley, SC. This is a direct hire role with a starting pay of $16/hr. plus a shift premium and benefits! The ideal candidate will have construction and blueprint reading experience.
1st and 2nd Shift Production Associate Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor on the Production Floor
• Lift and manually load products onto the assembly line
• Read and utilize blueprints,
• Experience using hand tools (wrenches, torches, drills, and hammers)

1st and 2nd Shift Manufacturing Assembler Qualifications:

• Familiarity with blueprints and comfortable with hand tools
• 6 months of experience working in assembly or manufacturing
• High School Diploma or equivalent
