Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay: $21.00/hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Sheeter Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate has machine operation experience, can troubleshoot issues effectively, and is committed to long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor sheeting machinery efficiently and safely.
Perform setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance on equipment.
Read and measure accurately using tape measures and other tools.
Troubleshoot machine and process issues to minimize downtime.
Utilize medium-level computer skills for process tracking and reporting.
Work closely with team members to maintain smooth production flow.
Follow all safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications:

Previous machine operation experience required.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read tape measures and perform precise measurements.
Medium computer proficiency.
Dependable, organized, and a strong team player.
Ideal candidates demonstrate longevity in previous roles and a commitment to learning.
