PAY & SCHEDULE

Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
+$1.00/hour Night Shift Premium
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assemble automotive headliners and components
Use basic hand tools
Load materials onto press machines
Perform visual quality inspections
Keep your work area clean and organized
Follow 5S, PPE, safety, and quality procedures
Report equipment issues to Maintenance or a Supervisor
Work as part of a team to meet production goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply!
Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to stand and work for a 12-hour shift
Ability to bend, twist, and move throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work well with a team
High school diploma/GED preferred
