We are looking for motivated 2nd and 3rd Shift Assembly Operators to work with advanced welding robots for $18/hr. This role involves hands-on tasks in a dynamic environment where you'll be working near welding robots that generate sparks.

Key Responsibilities:

Robot Operation: Load parts onto the production line for the robots to weld. You may be responsible for managing 3-4 lines simultaneously.
Physical Demands: Expect extensive walking and standing throughout your shift.
Independent Work: Operate independently with minimal supervision, ensuring the smooth flow of the production process.

Minimum Requirements:

Availability to work 2nd shift (must be available between 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
3rd shift is 11pm-7:30am, Sunday-Thursday
No High school diploma or GED required
At least 6 months to 1 year of consistent work experience, preferably in an automotive manufacturing setting.
