Client Services Coordinator
Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Client Services Coordinator. This position encompasses aspects of Account Management, Sales, and Customer Service within the company, and acts as an integral member of the administrative team. The position works closely with multiple departments.
Job Duties:
- Coordinate sales with customers and vendors
- Provide quotes and invoice information
- Answer phones, greet customers and handle front office responsibilities
- Act as central point of communication for facility
- Assist various departments with administrative needs
- Oversee incoming/outgoing mail and general office shipments
- Monitor office supplies and re-order accordingly
- Provide travel arrangements as requested
- Coordinate office events/lunches
Skills/Requirements
- 1-2 years Administrative Assistant or Office Management experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Responsible and professional demeanor
- High School Diploma required
Physical Requirements
- This is primarily a desk-job, spending 95% of the day sitting
- Uses computer, phone, printer on a regular basis (consistent hand/finger use)
- Minimal walking, reaching, bending, lifting required
