Recruiting Solutions is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for a Direct Hire Opportunity with an automotive parts manufacturer in Greenville, South Carolina! This position offers competitive pay starting at $25.84 per hour and great comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA and HSA options, 401K, PTO, Holidays, and paid overtime. This is a 4 day per week, 2nd shift position, with normal hours beginning at 5:30PM Monday to Thursday.

CNC Machine Operator Job Responsibilities:

• Set up machines to run parts as defined by the planning documents.
• Operate machines to safety produce component parts to production and quality targets.
• Perform in-process inspections.
• Make machine adjustments as necessary to maintain product conformance.
• Track quality using various run charts.
• Segregate non-conforming product.
• Acquire consumables from plant stores.
• Perform changeovers to machines as necessary.
• Perform tooling changes and touch offs
• Communicate to Process or Cell Technician and Leadership as necessary.
• Perform work by SOPs and safety rules.

CNC Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience with manual or Computer Numerically Controlled Horizontal Lathes
• Prefer experience with Statistical Process Control.
• Five to seven axis horizontal lathes
• Fanuc/Siemens Controllers
• Experience with tolerances less than 1mm
