Recruiting Solutions is seeking a CNC Setup Techncian for a growing manufacturing company in Spartanburg County, South Carolina! This is a 1st Shift Monday to Friday, contract to hire position, with a starting pay at $26 and comprehensive benefits available through the employer at time of hire.

CNC Set Up Technician Job Responsibilities:

CNC Machine Set Up and Operation, including preparing and calibrating machines, selectring appropriate tools, fixtures and cutting parameters, and inputting program settings correctly
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine dimensions, tolerances and machine requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions
Perform routine maintenance on machines
Adjust machine settings to prevent production delays
Inspection of finished parts to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards
Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and quality personnel
Maintain detailed records of machine setups, production runs, maintenance, and quality checks

CNC Set Up Technician Requirements and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Strong understanding of CNC Machinery, with proficiency in G Code and M Code.
Prior experience with CNC setup or operation
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues, select roosls, and understand machining processes
Strong attention to detail and precision in setup, calibration, and inspection
Strong problem solving abilities to resolve equipoment issues efficiently and adapt new CNC technologies.
