Customer Care Agent
Recruiting Solutions is hiring multiple experienced Customer Care Specialist to start in early February 2023! Minimum six months inbound call center experience preferred. MUST be dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position is an immediate long-term temporary position.
Customer Care Specialist Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume incoming calls/inquiries while also entering/correcting customers data
- Provide excellent customer service, answer general information and offer guidance to customers
- Document, update, and verify confidential information while multi-tasking and speaking with customer on the phone
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
- Applies feedback to improve performance
- Other duties as requested by management
Customer Care Specialist Requirements:
- 6-12 months Call Center/Customer Service experience
- Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
- Consistent work history
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage highly confidential information
- Able to use Windows operating systems
