Global Mobility Specialist
Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist for a Remote opportunity in support of a leading consulting firm! This position is for an initial 4 month contract with the opportunity for this role to extend to a long term opportunity! Global Mobility Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day mobility processes and assignee case management
- Deliver high-quality customer service support to assignees, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare and communicate assignment packages and mobility materials per policy
- Utilize analytical and reporting skills to work with specialized databases
- Independently evaluate and manage exception requests and escalations
- Identify issues and risk areas, ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Establish and maintain effective relationships across functional areas
- Lead and/or support projects of varying scale and complexity
- Organize and manage daily operational activities in a high-volume work environment
- Maintain a continuous process improvement mindset
Global Mobility Specialist Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Global Mobility, HR, or Finance
- Understanding of HR and/or Finance processes/operations (e.g., onboarding, systems, immigration, documentation, payroll, T&E)
- Experience in international relocation, systems/reporting, or formal project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, and PeopleSoft
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience supporting a diverse workforce and work environment
- Adaptable and flexible team player, able to work across cultures and regions
