Recruiting Solutions is immediately hiring 2nd shift Spray Booth Operators for a manufacturing company in Fountain Inn, SC! This is a temporary-to-hire manufacturing position offering full-time hours and professional growth within the organization. The starting pay is $16 per hour and this position is an 8 hour shift Monday- Friday!

Spray Booth Operator Benefits include:

Spray Booth Operator Job Responsibilities:
- Operates spray booth console – HVOF, APS, Cascade, Cold Spray, etc. according to instructions given by the production department.
- Loads and unloads parts for thermal spray, starts and stops assigned spray booth.
- Understands proper spray pattern, flame color and spray gun maintenance.
- Fills powder feeder with proper powder for base, flash or top coat according to powder policy.
- Sets spray parameters according to work instructions.
- Operates quality control devices according to instructions.
- Fills out travelers accurately, completely and timely for all parts processed.
Spray Booth Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
- troubleshoointing or CNC machine experince prefered but not required
- Knows thermal spray techniques and processes
- Comprehends and can write numbers in proper units of measure.
- Understands and uses caliper, micrometer, scale, calculator and various other measuring devices.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, twist, climb, stoop or stand
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
