Industrial Sales Territory Manager
Recruiting Solutions is seeking an Industrial Sales Territory Manager for a Midwest-based company, servicing the South and North Carolina areas. This position includes consistent traveling to target industrial and manufacturing sites to develop and increase sales across markets.
This position is direct hire and offers a competitive base + commission structure. Associates with demonstrated sales experience, a hands-on attitude, and a willingness to travel are encouraged to apply! This position will be remote but requires individuals be located in the Greenville/Spartanburg surrounding areas.

Industrial Sales Territory Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop new opportunities and cultivate existing accounts in identified markets
- Increases top-line sales in existing territories through goal-based initiatives
- Quotation follow-up and open order closure
- Maintain sales plan and prospect marketing database
- Territory travel is required to varying manufacturing and client sites
- Identifies specific markets to increase sales and build relationships
Industrial Sales Territory Manager Requirements:
- High school or equivalent required
- 3 years of Direct Sales Experience
- Experience working in industrial, hydraulic, technical, and mechanical sales preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel 90% of the time
- Pickup/Drop-Off, handling, and packaging of customer repair components required-pickup truck preferred.
