Responsibilities:
– Communicate between various service providers to obtain data as needed
– Negotiate fees and prevent late charges
– Researching previous balances and extending payment dates
– Researching open checks and invoice data
– Establish extensions to avoid disconnections
Requirements:
– High School Diploma required
– No previous industry knowledge needed
– Must pass 2 in-office tests to get started
– After 1 week of training, must pass a Utilities Knowledge check
– Strong communication, typing, and critical thinking skills
