Recruiting Solutions is seeking Machine Operators with Manufacturing Experience to join a leading industrial company in Blythewood, SC

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour temp to hire, with pay increase if hired permanently. 

Shift: 6:45am-7pm (2-2-3 Schedule)

(Example: You would work 2 days in a row, have 2 days off, then work 3 days in a row and have 3 days off. Essentially working every other weekend.)

Job Responsibilities

·    Operate and monitor production machinery to meet quality and production standards.

·    Read and interpret work orders, and production specifications.

·    Perform basic machine setup, including tooling, dies, and fixtures.

·    Inspect parts throughout the production process using precision.

·    Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify maintenance of equipment concerns.

Qualifications

·    High school diploma or GED required.

·    Minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing or machine operator experience.

·    Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Technician, CNC Operator, Manufacturing Technician, or Industrial Equipment Operator is strongly preferred.

·    Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and perform basic machine adjustments.

·    Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds frequently throughout the workday.

·    Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

·    Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
