Recruiting Solutions is seeking experienced Machine Operators/Production Technicians to join a leading industrial manufacturing company in Columbia, SC.

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery to meet established quality and production standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
Perform basic machine setup, including tooling, dies, and fixtures.
Inspect parts throughout the production process using precision measuring and testing equipment (M&TE).
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify maintenance of complex equipment concerns.
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
Train team members on basic production processes and machine operation as needed.
Follow all established safety, quality, and company procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing or machine operator experience required.
Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Technician, CNC Operator, Manufacturing Technician, or Industrial Equipment Operator is strongly preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and perform basic machine adjustments.
Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and production documentation.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds frequently throughout the workday.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
