Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to meet quality and production standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
• Perform basic machine setup, including tooling, dies, and fixtures.
• Inspect parts throughout the production process using precision measuring and testing equipment (M&TE).
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify maintenance of complex equipment concerns.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Train team members on basic production processes and machine operation as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing or machine operator experience required.
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Technician, CNC Operator, Manufacturing Technician, or Industrial Equipment Operator is strongly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and perform basic machine adjustments.
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and production documentation.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds frequently throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
