Maintenance Helper – Job Responsibilities:

Arrive at least 15 minutes early for each scheduled shift.
Attend the required 5:00 AM shift meeting to review the daily schedule and assignments.
Start and prepare designated machines prior to the shift meeting.
Assist the Maintenance team with daily equipment and maintenance-related tasks.
Support the maintenance team with basic machine and equipment needs.
Help ensure machinery is prepared and operational for daily production.
Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
