Marketing Proposal Coordinator

JOB DUTIES: 

Project Schedules, prepare, and produce ITB, RFQ, and RFP response documents. 

Prepare and produce Statement of Qualifications. 

Prepare materials for shortlist interviews, including presentations, boards, and/or handouts 

Maintaining ongoing visibility/contact with Procurement Officers, Agencies, Shared Associations within target market. 

Marketing Calendar 

Maintain, update and analyze various social media platforms and activities 

Create social media posts & schedule 

Conduct photography & videography for internal and external events, meetings, projects and jobsites. 

Obtain, upload, organize and archive digital images and videos 

Conduct website updates as necessary 

Conduct content-specific research 

Assist with reporting as needed 

Assist with coordinating internal and external events, and activities and related tasks 

Administrative support related to proposals and client information 

Help with designing and creating promotional marketing materials 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Must have the ability to be a self-starter and working in collaboration. 

Must have strong and detailed written communication skills. 

Experience and or Education in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, Graphic Design or related field. 

Federal and or State Procurement Experience is a bonus! 

Must have strong analytical and communication skills 

Must have the ability to routinely use: digital camera, video recorder as well as standard office equipment including but not limited to: keyboard, desktop/laptop computers, mobile/desktop phones, iPad, copy machines, fax machines. This position requires, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, and bending.
