Mechanical Assembly Technician

Electrical/Mechanical Assemblers Benefits Include:

Electrical/Mechanical Assemblers Responsibilities:
- Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials and other written instructions.
- Accurately assemble equipment and machines
- Mechanical Assembly Technicians will work with electrical and mechanical equipment utilizing hand tools and blueprints
- Mechanical Assembly Technicians will move material to and from a workstation by hand or using equipment
- Mechanical Assembly Technicians will adhere to all safety rules and procedures and maintain good housekeeping
- Maintain high awareness for safety procedures.
- Record inspection results and keep track of results
- Participation in root cause analysis on non-conformities
Electrical/Mechanical Assemblers Qualifications:
- Technical High School Diploma or better required.
- 5 years of experience as mechanical assembler or 2 years technical degree strongly preferred.
- Good time management and planning skills
- Experience in mechanical assembly of machines preferred and electrical skills
- Must be able to lift 50lbs without assistance
- Must be able to understand assembly drawings and 3D models
