Mechanical Engineer

Recruiting Solutions Inc is seeking a skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems and components across various industries. This position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation to contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Design and Development:

    • Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and equipment in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
    • Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs, models, and technical drawings for manufacturing and assembly.
    • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and prototype testing to validate design concepts and ensure performance, reliability, and safety.
  2. Engineering Analysis and Simulation:

    • Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate the structural integrity, thermal performance, and fluid dynamics of mechanical systems.
    • Identify design constraints, optimize performance parameters, and propose design modifications to meet project objectives and performance targets.
    • Utilize simulation software such as ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation, or similar tools to predict and validate the behavior of mechanical components under various operating conditions.
  3. Manufacturing Support and Process Optimization:

    • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop production processes, tooling, and fixtures that optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
    • Conduct design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews and provide technical guidance to production personnel to resolve manufacturing challenges and improve process capability.
    • Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
  4. Project Management and Collaboration:

    • Lead and participate in cross-functional project teams to drive product development projects from concept to commercialization.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish timelines and milestones to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
    • Communicate project status, technical challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and external partners.
  5. Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance:

    • Develop and implement quality control procedures, inspection protocols, and testing methods to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Conduct root cause analyses, failure investigations, and corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
    • Support regulatory submissions and certification processes by providing technical documentation, test reports, and design validation data as needed.
