Recruiting Solutions is hiring Packaging Line Operators for an agricultural chemical company in Kingstree, SC. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a steady Monday–Friday schedule, hands-on manufacturing experience, and the opportunity to learn additional areas of the facility.

Both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities are available! Starting pay is $12.00–$12.50/hr, with the opportunity for a pay increase once hired on permanently.

Pay & Schedule

Monday–Friday schedule

Packaging Line Operator Responsibilities

Set up and replenish materials needed for production
Operate and monitor industrial production and packaging equipment
Make basic equipment adjustments and assist with troubleshooting
Visually inspect finished products for quality before shipment
Track inventory and product locations using facility software
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Assist with other production duties as needed

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Recent manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Dependable attendance and a stable work history
Willingness to learn, cross-train, and take on additional responsibilities
