Recruiting Solutions is hiring a Production Associate – Robotic Cell for a manufacturing company in Greenville, South Carolina (Greenville County / Upstate SC area). This is a full-time, first-shift manufacturing position paying $17/hour with weekly pay. 

This role supports daily production by loading and unloading parts in a robotic manufacturing cell and maintaining consistent material flow.

Schedule: 

Day Shift | Full-Time | Overtime Available 
Must be available for scheduled overtime as business needs require. 

What you’ll do: 

• Load and unload parts in the robotic production cell 

• Stage materials before and after robotic processes 

• Ensure parts are positioned correctly before processing 

• Remove finished parts and prepare for next cycle 

• Monitor material flow to prevent downtime or delays 

• Maintain a clean and organized work area 

• Follow all safety and quality standards 

• Support overall manufacturing productivity 

What we’re looking for: 

• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred 

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hour shifts 

• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift 

• Strong attention to detail and consistency 

• Reliable attendance and punctuality 

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
