 Starting Pay: $20.35/hr
 3rd Shift

Recruiting Solutions is looking for dependable, hardworking candidates to join their production team. This is a hands-on, physical position in a manufacturing environment similar to construction work.

Job Duties Include:
• Assisting with the production of concrete products and infrastructure materials
• Using hand and power tools
• Cleaning and preparing molds and work areas
• Lifting, moving, and handling materials throughout the shift
• Working in a dusty, dirty, and non-climate-controlled environment
• Following safety and production guidelines at all times

Requirements:

•  Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the day
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment
•  Experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or general labor is a plus
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance required

Schedule:
• Typical work days are around 10 hours or until production is complete
• Overtime may be required based on workload
