Recruiting Solutions is currently hiring Quality Technicians for a leading manufacturing company in the Orangeburg, SC area! This position offers a starting pay range of $17.00–$20.00 per hour, plus an attendance bonus of up to $600. Upon permanent hire, compensation may increase based on performance.

We are currently hiring for our 12-hour day shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, providing every other weekend off. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company, work in a supportive team environment, and build a long-term career.

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct set-up, in-process, final, and rework inspections and audits while accurately documenting results.
Complete all required quality documentation in a clear, organized, and timely manner.
Follow quality procedures, control plans, and work instructions for inspections and testing.
Verify product compliance with engineering and manufacturing specifications.
Generate and process Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) and waivers.
Perform layout inspections and initiate laboratory test requests for external testing.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of quality experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
Familiarity with SAP and EtQ quality modules preferred.
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods and data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work overtime and various shifts as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
