Purpose Statement
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain accountability for recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding quality candidates. This position is also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional and high-quality service delivery. Essential Functions
- Complete full cycle, high volume recruiting for a variety of positions to include any commercial division needs
- Partner with client customers to understand and analyze business needs in order to facilitate successful service delivery
- Build and maintain client relationships with an emphasis on growing book of business
- Report on the health of accounts and business relationships to include progress toward team goals
- Perform business development activities to include lead generations and completing reach-outs to prospective customers
- Serve as main point of contact for temporary, contract-to-hire and direct hire employees
- Conduct employee counseling or take disciplinary action as needed; utilize a proactive approach when possible to promote best-case outcomes
- Resolve conflicts as needed with organizational goals and compliance in mind
- Ensure information needed for payroll and/or human resources team is received timely from client contacts
- Negotiate offers when needed and work to maintain a positive employee experience
- Respond promptly to worker’s compensation claims that may occur at client site according to best practices
- Review documents and transactions to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
- Review, participate in, and lead quarterly business reviews with client customers
- Stay abreast of market trends to serve as a recruiting resource by providing valuable information to customers
- Perform all regular duties of Recruiter I
- Represent company at career fairs and community/business events
- Input data and information into HRIS tools for tracking and reporting purposes
- Participate in continuing education opportunities led by internal Training and Development team
- Attend office meetings and scheduled events; participate in office closing rotation
- Additional projects as needed and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education / Experience Requirements:
- 4-year degree preferred
- Relevant professional experience preferred; staffing or recruiting is a plus
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively navigate different types of relationships
- High energy level with a positive outlook, sense of urgency, and an interest in supporting team camaraderie
- Interest in innovation and solutions-oriented mindset; willingness to adapt to change
- Strong sense of judgment and ability to make sound business decisions
- Capable of learning how to utilize different computer programs to include MS 365
