Sales Manager
Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing construction service and supplies company in Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Business-to-Business sales experience in a construction environment. This is a direct-hire opportunity with competitive salary.

Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:
- The Sales Manager will work closely with the VP of Sales to develop and execute sales plans
- Grow and hit sales targets by working with prospective clients and customers
- Perform product demonstration and training to promote and sell products
- Prepare weekly reports including metrics, sales orders, competitor information, and market trends.
- Monitor and communicate customer shipments to ensure on-time customer delivery
- Attend industry conferences and tradeshows
- Meet designated sales goals set by management
- Create sales plans for assigned territory
- Develop budgets and other reporting assigned
- Prepare and present during monthly sales review
- Identify prospect customer and close in on leads
- The Sales Manager will be required to travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and prospective clients.
Sales Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
- Must have 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of sales
