Site Manager
Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to lead our production facility and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing management, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring production goals are met, and maintaining a high standard of product quality.
Key Responsibility:
- Production Management:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between production, engineering, quality control, tool and die, maintenance, and other departments.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any isses related to product quality and implement corrective actions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve product quality and consistency.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure the facility's compliance wiht local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead investigations into any safety incidents and implement preventative measures.
- Team Leadership:
- Provide strong leadership to the facility teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing and motivated workforce.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Cost Management:
- Monitor and control manufacturing expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget adherence.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising product quality or safety standards.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Champion lean manufacturing principles and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive innovation in manufacturing processes and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
