Now Hiring: MIG/TIG Welder – Orangeburg, SC

Recruiting Solutions is hiring experienced MIG/TIG Welders for a leading manufacturing company in the Orangeburg, SC area! This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders with aluminum fabrication experience to join a growing manufacturing team offering competitive pay and long-term career advancement.

Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, welding skills, and successful completion of the weld test, with opportunities for continued pay growth and career advancement.

Schedule

Monday–Friday
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime may be available based on production needs.

Job Responsibilities

Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components in accordance with engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
Fabricate and assemble aluminum parts used in the production of precision manufactured products.
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and welding symbols to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
Set up, operate, and adjust welding equipment while maintaining production standards.
Perform fixture and jig changeovers as required.
Load and unload fixtures and components throughout the production process.
Inspect completed welds to verify quality, strength, and conformance to specifications.
Perform grinding, finishing, and minor fabrication work as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety and quality procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum of one (1) year of aluminum welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in both MIG and TIG welding is required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and engineering drawings.
Experience using grinders, fabrication tools, precision measuring instruments, and welding equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and lift materials throughout the workday.
High school diploma or GED required.
Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment MIG/TIG weld test.
