TIG Welder | 1st Shift | Weekly Pay | Simpsonville, SC
Recruiting Solutions is seeking a TIG Aluminum Welder for a well-established manufacturing company with over 60 years of industry success! This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, consistent overtime, quarterly profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package. Qualified candidates must have TIG aluminum welding experience and successfully pass a 16-gauge aluminum weld test.
TIG Aluminum Welder Benefits:
- Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM Occasional Saturdays: 5:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- 55–65 hours per week
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
- Pay increase to $19.00 per hour after successful completion of probationary period
- Additional performance and profit-sharing bonus of $3.00–$8.00 per hour

TIG Aluminum Welder – Job Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on aluminum materials according to quality standards and specifications
- Complete bench welding assignments, including T-joint welds on thin-gauge aluminum
- Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and production requirements
- Inspect completed welds to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality and productivity goals are achieved
TIG Aluminum Welder – Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous TIG aluminum welding experience required
- Must pass a weld test using 16-gauge aluminum material
- Experience welding thin-gauge aluminum preferred
- Must provide own welding hood, gloves, and required PPE
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to sit, stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds as needed
- Strong work ethic and reliability required
