Recruiting Solutions is seeking highly motivated Warehouse Associates to join an industry innovator in the design of retail interior decor in Fountain Inn, SC! This is a temp to hire opportunity offering 1st and 2nd shift, a climate controlled work environment, and pay range of $15 to $16 per hour, depending on experience.
Warehouse Associate Benefits:

- 6am to 4:30pm (Mon – Thurs, half day on Friday)
- 7am to 5:30pm (Mon – Thurs, half day on Friday)
- 4pm to 1:30am (Mon – Thurs, half day on Friday)
- Overtime available on Saturdays hours depending on business needs

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (i.e. Forklift, pallet jacks, hand truck) to unload/load trucks and move materials throughout the facility
- Package various items, for safe storage and shipping, using a variety of materials (foam, shrink wrap, cardboard, wood, scrap materials)
- Identify, count, sort, measure, quality check and kit items using various drawings, pictures, lists
- Read and understand a tape measure and use mathematic skills
- Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material
- Perform other warehouse and driving duties as assigned
Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Efficiently work independently and as part a team
- Candidate must be self-motivated and eager to learn new things
