Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing customer orders from start to finish in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with SKUs, order fulfillment systems, and warehouse inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick products based on order sheets or scanning systems
Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment
Verify SKUs and quantities to ensure order accuracy
Label and prepare shipments according to company standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Restock shelves and maintain inventory organization
Assist with regular inventory counts and cycle checks
Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
Communicate any order discrepancies or inventory issues to supervisors

Requirements:

Previous experience in order fulfillment, pick/pack, or warehouse operations
Strong familiarity with SKUs, barcodes, and inventory systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (hot/cold conditions)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
