Wholesale Sales Associate
Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Wholesale Sales Associate for a Direct Hire opportunity with a Coffee Company located in Columbia, South Carolina! The base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000, with commission bonus opportunity.

Wholesales Sales Associate Job Responsiblities
- Develop new wholesale coffee customers and assist with training of their staff.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to grow the business and increase the client base
- Visit clients and ensure their staff is well-versed in coffee company product and viewing techniques
- Assist in the optimization of generating potential online and social media traffic for wholesale
- Assist with all public relations and marketing platforms that drive awareness to the coffee wholesale program
- Set goals for monthly quotas for revenue and profit in coffee wholesale
- Drive sales with new, high-potential prospects in targeted markets as well as manage an existing customer base
- Attend sales development pitch meetings when required to provide expert coffee skills and industry knowledge support on an as-needed basis
- Contribute to company success by understanding and influencing active monitoring and reporting of wholesale partnerships
- Collect weekly wholesale orders
- Provide regular ongoing wholesale account check-ins through a managed calendar program
- Traveling to meet potential wholesale leads and structure meetings for potential partnerships
Wholesale Sales Associate Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of sales experience in coffee preferred
- Experience in coffee education to develop both practical and online training platforms
- Passionate about social development through the coffee industry
- Systematic, punctual, and friendly addition to our leadership team
- Exceptional telephone management and listening skills
