Aaliyah Watts

Aaliyah W. joined our Greenville branch in August 2023 as a Recruiter II. She assists with recruiting efforts for our light industrial positions. She has a special interest in high-volume and specialized skill recruiting. She has prior experience in staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and account management for manufacturing and retail in the Upstate area. She graduated from USC Upstate in 2019 and earned her bachelor’s degree in business marketing. She looks forward to helping candidates find the right position that match their skill set!

In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband, family, and her 3 dogs: Frisky, Daisy, and Maxwell. When she is not spending time with her family, she is trying new TikTok recipes and coaching volleyball.
