Amber Taylor
On-site Representative
Amber Taylor joined our Florence team as an Onsite Representative in July of 2023.
She assists with recruiting and screening potential candidates for entry-level opportunities to help them meet their long-term career goals. Amber is also the onsite representative for a client in McBee, SC, where she tracks employee attendance, manages employee timecards, and provides suitable candidates to meet their Human Resource team’s needs.
Prior to joining our team, Amber gained four years of experience as an onsite supervisor for a Fortune 500 company at a local manufacturing facility. There, she worked side by side with the Human Resource team to facilitate orientations, coach & counsel associates, track attendance, and assist with processing payroll. She has also collaborated with local technical colleges to help create programs that taught candidates the skilled trade of welding.
In her free time, Amber enjoys spending time with her family, being a mom, investigating all things true crime, and traveling.
