Britnie Ethridge

Britnie is a recruiting supervisor for our Florence team. Prior to taking on this role, she served as a recruiter II, recruiter I and recruiting specialist. She joined the team August 2017 after relocating from New Hampshire. Britnie’s favorite part about working at Recruiting Solutions is building lasting relationships with clients and working closely with employees to help find the best long term position. She enjoys coming to work each day knowing that she will be able to help people. 

In Britnie’s tenure with Recruiting Solutions, she was the recipient of the 2018 Future Star Award for her outstanding performance. 

In her spare time, Britnie enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and dogs.  She enjoys traveling and working on various DIY projects at home.
