Haley Smith

Haley Smith joined our Greenville team as a Recruiter I in January 2022. She was promoted to Recruiter II in August 2022. She manages accounts that involve high-volume recruiting while being able to fill more skilled positions. She joined our team with a wealth of experience in providing exceptional customer service and building relationships. Before joining our team, she worked for Concentrix as a Reimbursement specialist where she was responsible for communicating with insurance companies to provide diabetic supplies to patients. She also has prior experience with H&R Block as an assistant manager where she was responsible for customer satisfaction and managing day-to-day operations in the branch. She studied at Stevenson University in Biochemistry. Haley enjoys trying new foods and traveling with her husband and dog in her free time.
