Hallie Bartels joined our Columbia team in July 2021. She oversees our call center and directs its employees to ensure maximum compliance. Hallie prospers on the challenges of this position and always displays the highest standard when completing her duties. Prior to joining our team, Hallie worked for the call center she currently manages and knows the center inside and out. Before working for SC Department of Employment and Workforce, Hallie was a manager for Chick-fil-A and was a case manager for SC Department of Social Services where her exceptional work ethic was developed. Hallie earned her Bachelor’s degree from Charleston Southern University. Hallie enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at the beach, and seeing her children compete in sports.
