Lauren Rexford

Lauren Rexford joined our Columbia team as a Recruiting Specialist in April 2023. She thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys assisting candidates with the onboarding process to begin their new careers. She is the representative of our exceptional team as she is the first person you speak with when visiting or calling. She joins our team with a detailed background in customer service. She is known to be able to multitask and work in face paced environments while still ensuring the utmost diligence. She helped to maintain vendor relationships and build connections while with SCDNR. She also worked with a local non-profit as the manager of administration where she was responsible for assisting customers, scheduling appointments, and managing the member management system. Lauren received a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys trying new foods, watching movies, and visiting new places.
