Sarah Saylor

Sarah Saylor joined the Columbia team as a Recruiter II in August of 2023. She helps the team with her recruiting efforts to fill roles quickly and efficiently. She best succeeds in a fast-paced environment while growing the relationships around her. Prior to joining the team, she was a manager at Enterprise Holdings with many years of experience in customer service, sales and operations management. In 2014, she received a Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University of Cincinnati.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new parks and trying new restaurants.
