Founded by Dean and Debbie Varner in 1992, Recruiting Solutions’ first office opened in Greenville, South Carolina. “Since then, we’ve been fortunate to expand our organization nationwide, while maintaining our focus here in South Carolina. 2017 marks a very special milestone for our company. This is our 25th year of delivering exceptional service,” noted President Cam Varner.

Today, Recruiting Solutions has branches in Greenville, Columbia, and Florence, South Carolina. To meet the needs of a growing client base, we recruit for an ever-expanding range of industries. Our recruitment services focus on the Light Industrial, InfoTechnology, and Office Professional sectors, as well as Executive Search.
