Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay: $21.00/hour

About the Role:

As a Coater Operator, you will be responsible for operating coating machinery, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality output. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in machine operation and a commitment to long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor coating machinery efficiently and safely.
Perform routine setup, adjustments, and maintenance on equipment.
Read and measure accurately using tape measures and other tools.
Troubleshoot machine and process issues quickly to minimize downtime.
Utilize medium-level computer skills for process tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth production flow.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications:

Previous machine operation experience required.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read tape measures and perform precise measurements.
Medium computer proficiency.
Dependable, organized, and a strong team player.
