Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a Chief Marketing Office for a home services client in the Chapin, SC area. The CMO is responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy for a service-based organization. This role focuses on driving lead generation, strengthening brand reputation, and accelerating revenue growth across residential and commercial markets. The CMO works closely with executive leadership to align marketing efforts with sales goals, operational capacity, and long-term business expansion.

Job Duties

Develop and execute a growth-focused marketing strategy tailored to roofing, construction, and service-based markets
Drive lead generation through digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, referrals, and local market outreach
Build and manage brand presence across residential, commercial, and industrial customer segments
Oversee website performance, online reputation, and customer review management
Partner with sales teams to ensure strong lead conversion and consistent pipeline growth
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and seasonal demand cycles to optimize campaigns
Manage marketing budgets with a focus on cost per lead, ROI, and customer acquisition efficiency
Lead community engagement, partnerships, and local market development initiatives
Oversee customer communication strategy to improve retention and referral business
Build, train, and lead a high-performing marketing and lead generation team

Requirements

Prior CMO experience
Strong understanding of digital marketing, local SEO, and CRM-driven sales funnels
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
8+ years of marketing or business development experience, ideally in roofing, construction, home services, or trades
Proven success in lead generation and revenue growth in a service-based business model
Experience managing marketing budgets and performance-based advertising
Familiarity with construction cycles, estimating, and service operations is highly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
