We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Industrial Shop Janitor to help maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for cleaning production areas, breakrooms, restrooms, and common spaces while supporting overall facility housekeeping and safety standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with janitorial, housekeeping, warehouse, industrial cleaning, or manufacturing experience.

What You'll Do

• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout production areas and breakrooms

• Collect and dispose of trash and debris

• Keep aisles clear and storage areas organized

• Clean and restock restrooms and breakroom areas

• Clean up non-hazardous spills and report larger spills as required

• Move pallets and materials as needed

• Assist with general housekeeping throughout the facility

• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards

• Ability to work around industrial equipment and manufacturing operations

• Ability to perform physical cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the shift

• Forklift experience or certification preferred; training available

• Ability to maintain an organized and professional work environment

• Ensure tools and equipment are properly stored after use

• Report damaged tools or equipment promptly

• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely when authorized
